This website is provided to describe Afivox's capabilities and to let visitors request a consultation. Submitting the consultation request form does not, by itself, create a contract for services. Any engagement is subject to a separate agreement.
No warranties on illustrative content
Case studies and workflows marked "Concept" on this site are illustrative examples of what Afivox could build, not descriptions of delivered work. Where a project is marked as client work, it is published only with that client's permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Limitation of liability
This page covers use of the Afivox website only. Any actual engagement, a build, an assessment, a training programme, is governed by a separate signed agreement between Afivox and the client, not by these website terms.
